MH Services- Mental health services provided in Buchanan, Delaware, and Fayette counties to children referred by schools, parents, CCC or Juvenile Court with mental health needs for assessment and services to manage mental health symptoms.
Aggression Replacement Therapy- Juvenile accountability and aggression replacement therapy groups held in Buchanan, Delaware, and Fayette counties. Referrals may come from schools, DHS, parents, or Juvenile Court.
Building Family Strengths In-Home Services- This program is for children and families with mental health/ behavior issues, substance abuse issues and/or needing parent skill development, counseling, and referrals. No insurance or income requirements. Services in-home for up to 6 months. This program is available in Jones, Johnson, Cedar, Iowa, Benton, Washington, and Linn counties at no cost to families. Services may be accessed on a private pay basis in other counties. Self-referrals accepted. This program is primarily supported by United Way of East Central Iowa, Community Foundation of Cedar County, Proctor & Gamble, and Families First of Cedar County.
Functional Family Therapy- In the 7th Judicial District, juveniles must be referred by a Juvenile Court Officer for children on probation assessed to be in need of FFT, which is a blueprint therapeutic intervention with proven outcomes.
Circles of Support- Groups held in Buchanan, Delaware, and Fayette counties intended to encourage inclusiveness and connections with others to build support.
